Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Senior oder Principal Consultant im Bereich Databricks und Microsoft. In Deiner künftigen Position als Senior oder Principal Data Analytics Consultant bist Du Teil unseres Teams und arbeitest in unterschiedlichen Kundenprojekten.

Deine Aufgaben

Beratung und Account-Management unserer Kunden in ihren vielfältigen Data & AI Projekten
Entwicklung von Data-Pipelines aus unterschiedlichen Datenquellen mit Databricks und Microsoft Fabric
Fachliche Führung von Projektteams
Durchführung von Trainings
Festigung und Ausbau unserer bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen durch serviceorientiertes Auftreten

Dein Profil

Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung in Databricks und optional in Microsoft Fabric
Du analysierst gerne komplexe Zusammenhänge und kannst für diese Lösungen mittels Datenplattformen und AI entwickeln und hast Interesse am Geschäftsprozess hinter den Daten
Du denkst gerne in Architekturen, z.B. Daten- oder Infrastruktur-Architekturen
Du hast Erfahrung in der Verarbeitung von grossen Datenmengen in Spark unter Verwendung von PySpark und Spark-SQL
Du hast in Projekten mit DevOps Pipelines entwickelt und zur Produktion gebracht
Du besitzt ein Flair für Optimierung der Verarbeitungsgeschwindigkeit von grossen Datenmengen
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlicher oder technischer Ausrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung sowohl in Kundenprojekten als auch intern
Du bist offen für Reisen innerhalb von Deutschland und in die Schweiz (ca. 50%)
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse (C1) in Deutsch und Englisch sind unbedingt erforderlich

We are looking for a Senior or Principal Consultant in the field of Databricks and Microsoft to start immediately or by agreement. In your future position as Senior or Principal Data Analytics Consultant, you will be part of our team and work on various customer projects.

Your mission

Advising and account management for our customers in their diverse data and AI projects
Development of data pipelines from different data sources with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
Technical leadership of project teams
Conducting training courses
Consolidating and expanding our existing customer relationships through a service-oriented approach

Your profile

You have several years of experience in Databricks and optionally in Microsoft Fabric
You enjoy analyzing complex environments and can develop solutions using data platforms and AI, and you are interested in the business processes behind the data
You like to think in terms of architectures, e.g., data or infrastructure architectures
You have experience in processing large amounts of data in Spark using PySpark and Spark-SQL
You have developed and brought DevOps pipelines to production in projects
You have a flair for optimizing the processing speed of large amounts of data
You have a degree in business administration or engineering
You enjoy taking on responsibility both in customer projects and internally
You are open to traveling within Germany and to Switzerland (approx. 50%)
Very good language skills (C1) in German and English are essential
